Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Arti Academy, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies regarding fee payments, refunds and cancellations.

1. Fee Payments

Students and parents can pay fees online through our ERP portal.

2. Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • Duplicate or excess payments, if any, may be refunded after verification.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account, wherever applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Admission or registration once confirmed cannot normally be cancelled.
  • Any cancellation request will be reviewed by the academy management.
  • Refund eligibility, if any, will be decided according to academy rules.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within the applicable banking timeline. If the issue persists, please contact us with the transaction details.
